Reading, MA Business Vacations Real Estate HistoryReading, MA Map

Reading, Massachusetts is pronounced red-ing, rather than the initial pronunciation that comes to mind, reed-ing. Only fifteen miles from the center of Boston, Reading is an idyllic mixture of rural and suburban. Built in 1694, The Parker Tavern is the town’s oldest remaining 17th-century structure. Saint Athanasius Parish was designed by Louis A. Scibelli and Daniel F. Tulley. The roof of the parish is one of the largest hyperbolic paraboloids in the Western Hemisphere.
