The village of Lyonsville is one of nine historic districts within Colrain, Massachusetts. Lyonsville rests on the Vermont border and is 45 miles north of Springfield, Massachusetts. The area surrounding Lyonsville is mostly woodlands. Original settlers of this area came from Scotland and Ireland.
