The Cape Cod Rail Trail follows the former railway which once linked Provincetown to Boston. This paved trail is universally accessible with a limited number of adaptive bicycles available to rent. The trail now spans from Wellfleet to Dennis, MA crossing woodlands, salt marshes, and freshwater ponds.

Long Point Wildlife Refuge at Martha’s Vineyard
Leisurely and level walking trails across beaches, grassland, and woodlands. Both the beach and trails are wheelchair accessible.
